Ah another week at work survived and no plans this weekend. Today's to-do list involves grocery shopping, laundry, cleaning kitchen & bathroom. All very exciting but low pressure and no peopling. *happysigh*

Yesterday was not a good day in the end. The only thing I achieved was going to Tesco, one load of laundry and doing some dishes. My joints all hated me, there was an accidental afternoon nap that left me feeling all discombobulated and then my body over-reacted to the cocodamol I gave it. It was marginally easier to wake up this morning. Not necessarily to get going but I'm awake and thinking about moving. I feel somewhat more rested. I'm pretty sure it's a psychological/placebo effect but I'm not going to complain. I'm going to embrace it and for the first time in forever post ( The Morning Wibble )
